I have bought this fish oil many times as it provides a higher serving of omega-3s compared to other brands. The soft mini gels are easy to swallow, and the lemon flavour helps to mask the fishy aftertaste. Loved that they have a mini gel version. I am taking it to help with my joints as it reduces inflammation. It is pricey, but the high level of EPA and DPA makes it worth it. I hope to see more sales on this in iherb.

I originally took the Maximum Omega 2000. Those capsules are HUGE, horse-pill sized. I ordered these because I wanted to take smaller-sized pills. Well, they are indeed smaller, BUT, the shape is changed as well, and not for the better. The smaller ones are round and hard, and have gotten stuck in my throat multiple times. The larger ones, while uncomfortable, were oblong-shaped and slipped right down. I mistakenly thought these would be the same shape, and now I'm stuck with multiple bottles. The brand is great, but I do NOT recommend getting this particular variety.
