I gave all 5 stars except for ease of use because I have to break it in half before taking becase of the dosage. It may be improved if there was a line across the top for ease. Other than that, this has helped my body incredibly much. Due to genetics I started taking this supplement. I would definitely reccomend this product due to the integrity of the company.
molybdenum is a trace mineral that helps metabolize fats and proteins, and is stored in our liver, bones, and kidneys. It is an important cofactor for the activation of multiple enzymes that perform metabolism and antioxidant activities throughout the body.
Moly-B™ (molybdenum) is a trace mineral that helps metabolize fats and proteins, and is stored in our liver, bones, and kidneys. It is an important cofactor for the activation of multiple enzymes that perform metabolism and antioxidant activities throughout the body. Carlson Moly-B™ contains molybdenum that is chelated to glycine for optimal bioavailability.
I purchased this supplement because bacon and nitrates givr me terrible head aches. I heard moly B is a mineral that helps this issue. i took 2x capsules with salami and got no head aches. seems to have benefits for me with reductionin my symptoms. i will buy it again
I've been using Molybdenum to help detox sulfur and support my NAC. It seems to play a role in clearing excess sulfur from my body, which helps me feel less sluggish and more balanced. I've also noticed that it works well alongside NAC, enhancing its detox benefits. It's a subtle but noticeable difference—helping my body function more efficiently and feel more energized. If you're dealing with sulfur-related issues, this is worth considering.
I kept struggling to find this and everything was constantly sold out, so I was happy to find this alternative. Too early to say if it works but I'm sure it will because it is a good form at a high dose. Molybdenum helps me tolerate sulphur foods and medications much better and lets me actually eat.. which isn't what I took it for, to be honest but a pleasant surprise. It also helps Candida and other detox. But I took it to help in my methylation cycle because my CBS gene was homozygous for a polymorphism that was causing a lot of problems. Point is, I found so many more uses for it but I keep forgetting about it when I run out and why I take it! But then feel awful. And eventually remember, oh yea- I guess it was helping a LOT! Also- chronic b12 deficiency. So if you take that, even shots, and your serum is high but you still have a functional deficiency with all the symptoms, you may be low on this, or r5p/B2, Iodine or selenium. Because if you are low, sometimes it gets a little “stuck” unable to convert. Long explanation, but please consider that if the symptoms of a b12 deficiency fit you but shouldn't because you've been dealing with it with bio-active forms of b12.
Molybdenum is a trace mineral often overlooked, yet crucial for various bodily functions. It plays a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, as well as in the detoxification of sulfites in the body.
I have been taking this for years. Because it's pretty much the only molybdenum to regularly exist on the market. I need molybdenum for my sulfur issues, it has helped to supplement it.
Molybdenum reduces copper level in the body - it's good in one way, in the other when molybdenum is taken, copper should be tested (its deficiency is also harmful). It also helps to increase sulfur food tolerance and soothe "side effects" of chelation.
Hi, i have been trying this mineral supplement for a short time & taking it in the late evening, as i have read that it may help send me to sleep. I still often wake up in the early hours of the next morning needing to pee. So only a small improvement in how the "plumbing works" bye...
