I have bleached hair and fair skin Ben using these 2 three times a day for a month or two and I can see my skin has less acne and general skin concerns seem to no longer exist. also my hair has thickened up and seems to be growing alot more than it used to (my hair takes forever to grow normally) I'll continue with these for sure

Nice quality I think but before I didn't try to take any sulfur. Big bottle! It was enough for half year probably. Recommended to buy. My diet recommends me to take it. Delivered faster than expected, the box and packaging is always the best! Taste normal, without any strange.

The best price I have found for MSM. I can't take the powder straight because it's too bitter so capsules are must. These capsules do not have unnecessary ingredients and they do their job. Each one is a gram which is great because 500mg is just too low for me and I have having to consume extra capsules to get the effect I am looking for. I usually take 2 with food in the morning then again at dinner. I have already seen improvement in my skin in such a short time.

This and Now are my favourite MSM. The capsules are way easier to take if you can't handle the taste of MSM on it's own. They work just as good as the more expensive brands I've tried. It helps my skin,nails,energy, and much more. It's a staple in my medicine/herb cabinet. I also use it when I'm sick and it seems to help me recover better.

The dosage is a little confusing. It says 1 capsule up to 6 times a day, you can't conclude how much you should take to have the right dosage. Update: I have adjusted the dosage to my needs, taking 3 capsules per day. combined with 500mg x2 Now Boswellia and helps with aches in general.

Pure product without fillers, anti-caking stuff etc. I'm trying this because others told me that it worked great for there knee pain. MSM and Sulfur can help with connective tissue support and joint function. It's a bit too early to say that it works, but I'm hopeful. Glad I found this high dosed product without a lot of additives.

I have never drank MSM Sulfar, my doctor said that it is an anti-inflammatory and healing agent. To support skin and connective tissue. The dose from the doctor is 1000-2000 mg per day. The jar says 6 times a day. I drink 2 times, as my doctor said, normal capsules. I just started drinking and haven't seen any effects yet, but I really hope so. The jars arrived quickly, there are no smells inside the jar, it's okay to drink
