The best price I have found for MSM. I can't take the powder straight because it's too bitter so capsules are must. These capsules do not have unnecessary ingredients and they do their job. Each one is a gram which is great because 500mg is just too low for me and I have having to consume extra capsules to get the effect I am looking for. The dosage is a little confusing. It says 1 capsule up to 6 times a day, you can't conclude how much you should take to have the right dosage. Update: I have adjusted the dosage to my needs, taking 3 capsules per day. combined with 500mg x2 Now Boswellia and helps with aches in general.
