Excellent Time-Released Niacin
I recently switched from another brand to this one, because it doesn't contain gut irritating ingredients. Works well, and barely creates a "flush" at all, if that is what you looking for.

i am happy to hv a few quality choices of sustained release niacin vit B3 ingredients. this one has smaller size tablets compared to dr Best and Swenson i think. the niacin flash is only a slight hint at the background.

Reduces my cholesterol numbers
Reduces my cholesterol numbers if taken daily for 2-3 months. Flush once or twice in beginning of use but body gets use to it and no more flush. Efficiency increased when taken with Policosanol.
