Dosage wise, I take this once a day there is no taste, and I'm hoping the benefit will be less stress. It appears to have high quality green ingredients and is the right size for the right price. I will continue to take it and hope it continues to offer the benefit that it has so far.

The beef gelatin from this product is more than "just" an ingredient, but one that increases the quality of this product. I noticed some benefits from this supplement even after using the pills just a week and not even at the highest dosage.

Couldn't tell if it made difference. I was hoping it would make me more tired and relaxed. got if to lower cortisol after exercise. I felt nothing. one night I couldn't sleep even.
