I like these vitamins. Good composition, convenient to take and a huge jar. I used to take vitamin D and omega 3 separately. I decided that it would be more convenient to take them together. I will feel the result in the fall, I haven't taken them yet.

i think it's better to drink this dosage d3 + omega , as i it has a better bone absorption. Taste neutral,smells a little like fish.

Woow 360 tablet in 1bottle. The combination of omega and vitamin D seemed to be good. Can I increase the daily dose to 2-3 tablets?

Good quality product with no aftertaste. It doesnt give the same brain boost as other omega 3 supplements. They havent mentioned how much vitamin d3 is from cod liver oil. D from cod liver oil is one of the best forms of natural D but who knowsnit could be just 1% in this supplement. Im short on vitamin d3 so it will be months before i can see the difference.
