high quality b complex - bought this for my father and he noticed a differene within 2 days..I'm not buying it for myself..liquid supplement which absorbs more easily in the body.

Good Vit B supplement
Used to take another brand which is currently out of stock, so I just give it a try on this. Size is big, but it's easy to swallow. It doesn't smell awful.

Full range of B-complex vitamins
I'm happy with the mix of B vitamins I get with this pill. It's a large pill, but it goes down very easily. Highly recommend.

Great potency
Great vitamin B blend in soft gel, which shorten the absorbing time. The only cons is the pill size.

hmmm - not 100% sold on this one
I have been taking Dr.sBest B complex and love it - thought I would try these as they are liquid. Thinking they would absorb better. Still like Drs Best better, but these are not bad.

Not Impressed with Soft Gels for Vit B
Trust this brand for fish oils etc. BUT These are super large and do not dissolve well. I tested it for hours and hours in water Stick with capsules or tablets.
