Value for money
I only take a couple a week, but my Vit D levelshave come up. So they are doing the job. The dosage is perfect for what i needed. My son has Autism and doesn't go out much, so he has them too. Definitely recommend.

Excellent!
Great quality and ingredients. The smaller dose does not give me side effects like headaches unlike some higher doses. It was recommended at this dose by pcp for a slight deficiency. Will repurchase

Hello! This is 1st time for this brand. Soft-gel is great, clear, Easy to swallow, bottle is small, Vitamin is not medicine so take a long time for efficiency. Cheaper, I'm OK. You must try.!!!!!!!!
