Excellent quality vitamin D. Excellent absorption. Family member had low vitamin D was taking different brand. When taking Carlson blood level of vitamin D returned to normal range. They are not like the tablet form that many are. Essential nutrient, great label. Thank you. This also has sunflower oil instead of olive or flaxseed oil so it doesn't get bitter very fast .

It's hard to find a Vitamin D3 with 2,500IU, and I found Carlson matched what I needed. I've finished almost the entire 150 softgels bottle and have only been taking it Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays now. I initially took this everyday for 1 month since I was severely Vitamin D deficient when I bought it. The dull pain in my hip and lower back is gone after taking this for over a year with Vitamin K2. I only take Vitamin K2 once or twice a week then eat Natto on days I do not take Vitamin K2. Make sure to have your blood checked for Vitamin D before even taking Vitamin D3 supplements. As for Vitamin K2, please consult a doctor before taking it especially if you are taking blood thinners.

Seems like a very high quality vit. D. It's so important for immunity, protection against MS, bones, etc. It's a must for winter.

These are great Vit D capsules. We all should be taking it in Canada as we don't get enough natural vit D
