Excellent!
Vitamin E is just energy! I felt a surge of strength and vigor. Just one capsule a day, and the skin becomes elastic and the hair shines. Nails are now strong and healthy. It's so nice and useful to take care of yourself!

E-Gems is fantastic for my GERD!
I have been suffering from acute heartburn and acid reflux (GERD) for a long time. However, I have been taking E-Gems together with Selenium and Zinc Chelate and together, they have done wonders for my GERD! I no longer need to take my prescribed Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) with its nasty side effects.

It is a good complex of vitamin E, obtained from natural soy oil with a full spectrum of action. Vitamin E supports healthy cardiovascular function as well as brain health. The doctor ordered me to take it to maintain my health. The quality is good. The size of the capsules is average.

The best form vitamin e
This is d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. I chose this one because I read that is is the most stable and bioactive form of vitamin. Having been taking it for a while, so far so good.
