Good brand
I like this brand: Carlson. Their supplement are high quality and good for health. The size is small, easy to swallow. Dosage is good. I like it to have in the morning with vitamin D3, it improves it absorbtion and have a lot of benefits. The ingredient is a vitamin K2 good form what absorbs well.

Necessity of K@
I've been taking 50,000 iu Vit D along with K2 for the last month and one should not take D3 without K2 and the Carlson brand does the trick. Excellent product from an excellent company known for its quality, The benefits are unquestionable. .
