I knew that we should take K2 with vitamin D3. But my doctor recommends that we should also take vitamin A. So this is the perfect combination and good dosage.

I love that it has vitamin A, D3, and K2 in it and dosage is only one a day which is a plus for me. It's a small size and easy to swallow soft gel capsule. The quality is better compared to some of the other brands. I will definitely be ordering this again.
