I'm in europe and I cannot order higher dosed vitamin D [not sure if that is Iherb, or european rules], so this the best I can get. Stocking uo a bit because I do know they are setting up European rules to regulate the dosages even more.

I bought two bottles of vitamin d3 k2. I already tried the first bottle. I think its great. The dosage its ok. Now due to the sun we have i will cut it off and i start taking it on September.
