Carlstar Sport Trail 4.80-8 71J C Trailer Tire

I have used Carlisle tires for many, many years and they have always made a quality product. The Sport Trail tire is a cheaper version of the USA Trail tire. I got this to put on my wheelbarrow. I put the USA Trail tire on my other wheelbarrow 20 years ago and it never goes flat (it looses some air over the winter) and I don't have to worry about bullhead weeds puncturing the tire (because of the tread). The Sport Trail tire doesn't have as much tread but I anticipate it performing the same way. This is a great tire for wheelbarrows.

C load rating 790 LBs most tires are B rating, 560 LBs manual mounted to existing rim with no great effort.

Good price ... came quickly ... not yet mounted - my delay ... should work okay. Walmart garage folks [Lewisburg, PA] are always helpful and they seem to take time to train/teach new employees - that's important.

These trailer tires for a reasonable price and installed correctly by Walmart technicians in a timely manner you have to wait for up to 10 days after order so be prepaired

I didn't read everything so I screwed up. The picture shows a tire mounted on a rim so I thought that was what I was getting. When they were delivered it's only the tires. It's been several months ago and now I need the new tires mounted on my rims and I can't find anyone around here that can mount that small tires. I'm disabled and can't do it myself the old way either. The tires are great but I wish they didn't put misleading pictures on the product.

this is twice in a row that I was sent items of much lower quality than was indicated in the write-up. In both cases my money was returned without much problem but I am out the time and agrievation involved in returning the wrong items. What is going on here? I am not a happy customer.

Both tires blew out the first day I drove on them. The first tire blew out within 50 miles and the other one a few hours later. Walmart or the seller is not willing to refund or work with me on fixing this. I had to buy to new tires and rim due to the rim being damaged beyond repair after the tires blew out.

I figured out 30 minutes after I placed the order that I had the wrong size and tried to cancel but kept getting an error message saying wait a few minutes and try again. I waited a few minutes, hours, and days, and the same message kept coming up. Order was delivered and it turns out it's not as pictured...it's only the tire without the rim. Yes, I have re-read the description above and now see that it only says trailer tire, but why include a photo with it on the rim WITHOUT saying rim not included?? Anyway, connecting with a live person to determine how to proceed is useless. Apparently this is a Marketplace order--which I was unaware of--and I have to first contact the seller who is supposed to respond within 48 hours. Sent a message to the seller and 48 hours has come and gone. The customer service on this order has been sorely lacking, and I continue to get the same error message when I try to initiate a return. Frustrating is an understatement.

I saw the picture of the wheel and the tire. I needed a spare wheel and tire for my trailer. Paid $106 with tax. Received only the tire. The picture is inaccurate. The packing slip with the tire indicated $70 for the tire. There was no wheel. I had to go to a local tire shop to purchase a wheel. This was a disappointing purchase. Walmart supplier told me Walmart chooses the pictures and I was only supposed to get a tire. I overpaid for a tire and didn't get the wheel pictured on the Walmart website. Live and learn. Will not be using Walmart web site any longer.

If your looking for an 4.80 12" this isnt it. This tire is a 4.80 8"... Not sure why this tire is not labeled correctly and pops up when searching for a totally different size, but this needs to be fixed! luckily, I was able to return this item in store due to being a store delivery but if you have this tire shipped to your residence it may cause issues with a return.
