I was completely shocked at how good this drink tasted. I was not expecting it at all. Most meal replacement, or protein shake, type drinks tend to taste pretty terrible, at least to me. The best tasting (i.e. most palatable/least disgusting) one to me, which I only just discovered a few months ago, was Ensure's Butter Pecan flavor, but recently Walmart was out of stock and I saw they had this Cinnabon flavor drink, so I bought it instead. It is actually delicious. Not just palatable, but something so good you want to consume as a normal beverage. It tastes sweeter than Ensure's Butter Pecan but has 5g less sugar. I don't know if it "tastes like Cinnabon" though, it's basically a cinnamon flavored milk beverage, and the taste reminds me a lot of cinnamon toast crunch milk. I guess there is a faint hint of cinnabon flavor though it's hard to compare a beverage with a solid food. One thing I wish for is that they make a version like Ensure Plus where there's more calories and protein. That'd be cool. I highly recommend this drink, especially if you are like me and have had trouble finding tasty, nutritional protein drinks in the past.

I was a little hesitant to buy these because I didn't believe a drink could taste like a Cinnabon. I was wrong. These drinks are delicious! Not only do they taste great, but they are full of vitamins similar to Boost. I used to buy the Boost rich chocolate flavor, but now these are my choice. Enjoy!

I love them! It tastes like a sweet cinnamon milk. I'm pregnant right now %26 I hate the taste of regular milk but I need to get my calcium from something other than cheese. And these are great for that reason!

It is good I liked it but I it was a little bit too CINNAMONIE for me and my daughter, that's all I could Taste was the Cinnamon.

I tried this because I enjoy the Breakfast essentials drinks, however the Cinnabon flavor was not good, in my opinion. It wasn't particularly like "Cinnabon"... it was just a milky cinnamon flavor. Just too weird of a flavor to have as a breakfast 'drink' and not enjoyable. However it is slightly more palatable than the "Froot Loops" breakfast essentials. I'd rather stick to the basic vanilla or strawberry. Or would love to see more fruit flavors and not cereal or treat flavors.
