Lots of vitamins and minerals %26 Tastes Great!
I just dump the package contents in a glass and add an approximate cup of ice cold milk. Stick in a spoon and mix -- it mixes well and easily. My GP recommended I use this instead of some of the well-advertised liquid protein drinks that are out there. I have found his advice to be excellent over the decades!

Carnation Variety Pack
I bought this for my husband. He likes the variety and enjoys the taste of all the flavors. I don't mind the flavors, but chocolate is my favorite. The portability when making a weekend trip or overnight getaway is great.

These drinks are not only nutritious but also delicious! I have been drinking them since I was a teenager - over 40 years ago. One fills you up just like a normal breakfast would.
