I love this breakfast drink. Just add milk and you're golden. I like this for my breakfast, along with coffee. If you wanted to add them together it's really good.

(I think) better than pre-mixed protein drinks.
Before and after surgery, I supplimenteded my diet with protein drinks. I compared ingredients to expensive pre-mixed drinks. Carnation has different amounts/%s, all but one ingredient, but less expensive. Best part, Carnation is always cold, milk is in the frig, and no small bottles to clutter the earth! They're great any time of day. They make a good snack in the afternoon when you can't make it to dinner.

A very good breakfast drink with proteins. It completes the hunger cravings. Definitely recommend Carnation Breakfast drink.

Great alternative to the chalking , nasty tasting expensive Protein supplements. Great for cancer patients .

Face value vitamins discrepancy
like the simplicity but the taste is only good with milk and milk adds to the calories, cant say I'm a massive fan. also not all the vitamins listed are actually in full due to the milk being added into the face value of the nutrition label which is very misleading.

Think there might be hidden fiber somewhere in the ingredients dunno, seem to make me a little to regular but great taste goes great with milk not very expensive great for chocolate lovers
