I love using this cut of beef to make carne asada tacos. There’s usually not too much fat so I trim off whatever is there. I slice very thin size slices against the grain. It’s also works great for Philly cheesesteak or for broccoli beef. With the right seasoning, this versatile cut of beef can make so many delicious meals or snack.

this is amazing for your slow cooker or instant pot! it doesnt have any fat, it's pure meat. i make tacos with it and it lasts a while, you can stretch out the amount easily. it's not like a steak you sear and eat. it has to be cooked for a while to get it to shred. delicious!

We crock potted this meat and turned it into a beef stew. This cut was flavorful and super tender. I would definitely recommend this for that application. It was so good I bought another one!

I order alot of food, not much time to shop. Between the lousy shoppers at the Egg Harbor NJ Wal-Mart and the butchers I guess , the package is small. Be nice to get a couple in it that come to 4-5lbs so it's worth it. Especially since shoppers don't know how to put meats into plastic bags so the juice doesn't go all over everything. And the prices, wow, I don't know where Wal-Mart thinks they're better to shop at. Meats are better at Shop-Rite here. I'm frim Texas and prices are up too but they don't try to steal the milk of the table. Everything comes down to how you marinate and prepare your meat. We know BBQ is the best. Even in NJ with the snow. But the poundage of the package and the price feed the family. You'll never guess the price of a BIG brisket in Texas, you'd go nuts here.

I love this product but is getting to expensive

It worked well thank you I didn’t get my order so I had to get a refund on the lengua which it was so bad because we normally order order from you every month and to not get it, it was very disappointing and frustrating. The meat was not available even though I saw it online and it was available I was disappointed to know it wasn’t available.

Item weigh less than said. Also ordered thru membership and i didnt want to start a return when i needed it and dont have a car to go all the way to walmart thats the reason i have a membership in the first place. So yea make sure yall weigh your items
