Does wonders

Disney mom March 19, 2017

My daughter and I have used marguerite's magic for years. It's actually difficult to describe why I like it so much. It makes our individual curl patterns look healthy - that's it. Our hair looks healthy and shiny, but not greasy and it does well with styling products when we layer.

Wonderful

Feleciag April 18, 2017

I admit I have been searching around for the right products to use on my hair. I am African American with 4B/C hair and have been natural for a few years. My hair is very dry consistently(especially if I let it out) and responds to any moisture in the air. It would break off because of the dryness. Originally I was using the Hair Butter but I now know it wasn't quite thick enough. I bought a jar of Marguerite's Magic one day because I was out of the Butter and this was all that was available. Took a moment before I realized Nirvana for my hair! It's natural, just the right consistency for me,keeps my hair moist without being greasy or heavy, absorbs fairly quickly. If I let it out completely I don't have to worry about major shrinkage anymore. I now use it as part of after shampoo conditioner and I also use it consistently as a regular hairdressing. I can also now wear my hair in twists as well as an afro with no issues of dryness. I encourage others particularly with 4B/C hair to give it a try, experiment with it a little to see if it works for you as well.

Still works

Crissytherealone February 18, 2018

With some concerns around reformulated products that are not as effective or just discontinued I was reluctant but am glad I took a chance on Marguerite's Magic for my dry scalp, dryness and irritation from scratching immediately diminished and soothed. The bonus is it moves into my locs keeping them moist with shine and it smells nice, no medicinal smell at all. Glad I brought 2 jars.

Awesome product

marshea21 December 10, 2017

I bought this product because my hair gets extremely dry during the winter and because I use other products (Black Vanilla) by Carol's Daughter and I love what it does to my hair. This product definitely lives up to the Carol's Daughter name. My hair is moisturized without feeling oily or weighed down! I LOVE this product!

It's the magic ...

Smurph August 5, 2017

I have been using Marguerite's Magic Restorative Cream for couple weeks now, and it had delivered! No more dried brittle ends. I used a bit too much the first time (thinking I needed it) ... but it only takes a small amount to hydrate your hair. And it works great on those gray wisps too along with a bit of Edge Control Smoother. Thanks for this product.

Great product..not heavy.. just enough moisture

ras2 May 23, 2018

My hair was breaking and thinning ..I could see my scalp in sections. I applied Marguerite's Cream as directed ...a little at night ..a little in the morning and smoothed some Mimosa Honey on top. It took a few months, but now my hair is thicker and I experience little breakage. Being over 65 yr, I did not expect much improvement, but I was surprised and pleased with the results. Thank you

Marguerites Magic leaves my hair soft!

LisaBonzai April 24, 2020

Love this creme. Just a dab will do you. I've been over producting my hair. (I know that's not a real word) I actually followed the directions on the label. I put a little oil on my hair (my own mixture of coconut, jojoba, maracuja, and black castor oil) and sat under my dryer bonnet for 1/2 hour then put a dab of this on my hair and twisted it. 3 days later it's still soft. It smells great, still. I have used other products after my oil treatment and they haven't kept my hair this soft. This works!

A hair Staple

EHud June 11, 2018

Smells great, feels great, great for curly/coily/kinky girls with a lot of hair! I have a mix of coily & curly hair that loves water, but that can get in the way of having a good twist out that needs to dry fully. This is great for twists! Thick, not watery, super moisturizing & adds shine! A little goes a long way. I can twist my hair at night and it will dry by morning. I also do hair as a side job and I have used this product on curly hair clients with thinner hair to moisturize for long lasting, protective styles. Only problem: I wish it came in a bigger tub...

Softens & Straightens Hair

Shark November 18, 2019

This was the best product I've used to manage my 8 year old daughter's hair. Her hair is course in the roots and dries out easily. It seems I have to use it daily to keep her hair manageable. The cream scent is a little strong and it's a bit greasy but worth buying again. You can see and feel the difference as soon as it is applied!

Good Cream for me

CWKandi June 13, 2017

I purchased three products for daily maintenance and moisture. So far this one which I thought would be my favorite is my least favorite of the three. My natural hair is very dry and my ends really needed attention. I would twist my hair out and the ends would literally ball up and pull off. This cream used in conjunction with the liquid pomade, mimosa honey and the shea butter product work very well to help me maintain moisture. I don't think this would be a standout for me alone but I plan on trying it on wet hair to test it more. Good product though.
