A great HD car player. Learning something new about it each day. However ! I have to look for a better way the mount it to my dash, The mounting tap does not hold the HD carplayer. It is quit heavy

First off I have to say that customer service strives to solve any problems you might encounter. I was having problems with the BT staying connected. They worked with me and sent a couple of updates that I installed in the unit and it got better. We kept working on it and it seemed to all work out. This is a great unit to have if you want wireless Android Auto (that's what I was using) and/or Carplay. I have it set up so when I start the car it automatically starts and turns on AA. Really pleased with it. The product is excellent but even more important the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this for everyone.

I read many reviews before that said the dual bluetooth functionality of Carpuride W103 pro does not work with the original head unit of many cars. I have a 2014 Toyota Prius V that has a head unit with 7-inch Entune version 1 (non-Apple-Carply) touch screen installed, which can connect directly with my cell phone for contact information and voice through bluetooth. Initially I was unable to get the car's head unit to connect to the Carpuride W103 pro through bluetooth. I had to remove all existing connected devices from the head unit, then I was able to connect the Carpuride W103 pro to the car's head unit as a portable media player. The Carpuride W103 pro also recognized the car's head unit and connected it through bluetooth, while also connecting with my cell phone for Android Auto / Apple Carplay. The effect of the dual bluetooth is noiseless transmission of sounds from the Carpuride W103 pro through the head unit to the original high quality speakers in my car. I tried the FM transmission, but the hissing noises were unbearable to me. I am glad that Carpuride has the dual bluetooth functionality figured out. Carpuride W103 pro also supports playing MP3, and MKV video files for multimedia convenience. I did not test screen mirroring of my cell phone yet because I bought this device mainly for navigation. Somehow the Carpurde W103 pro does not show the speed limit of the roads and the current speed of my car when using Google Map.

I was really surprised with this unit. I has everything you need to compliment your older model car without the convenience of Apple or Android car, it can also play music from a micro SD card or USB Device, plus it can play thru your FM radio if lacking audio input. It shows several apps in phone. I am very satisfied. Easy to setup and mount. I recommend it.

It often disconnected from Bluetooth in the middle of navigation, and the inside camera sometimes goes from color to black and white.

Don't DO IT! The positive reviews MUST BE BOTS OR Ai; I am very good at tech install and this is junk: phone call MAJOR ECHO AND static. I tired 5 times beginning each time with default factory settings. My truck is NEW. No customer service . Horrible mount! Don't waste your time or Walmarts on the return. I am NOT Ai!!!
