First off I have to say that customer service strives to solve any problems you might encounter. I was having problems with the BT staying connected. They worked with me and sent a couple of updates that I installed in the unit and it got better. We kept working on it and it seemed to all work out. This is a great unit to have if you want wireless Android Auto (that's what I was using) and/or Carplay. I have it set up so when I start the car it automatically starts and turns on AA. Really pleased with it. The product is excellent but even more important the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this for everyone.

I heard about this product online, and decided to go ahead and buy it. Best decision I'te made, this is perfect solution for those who wants to retain the factory infotainment system and looking to get modern technology of CarPlay & Android Auto (wireless n wired). Screen size is huge, touch is smooth, connectivity is piece of cake. Product was dispatched quickly, Shipping was fast and tracking was available with timely updates. Delivered at my doorstep. Took almost 2 weeks from order to delivery in UAE. At a point, I need to get in-touch with customer service team, dropped an email, their reply was super quick.

This is for my third car replacing the small screen for the best view for navigation. Extra wide, Love the now added bluetooth connection to the head unit. Better clarity over Bluetooth , Improved over last years model, 100% recommended it, the other model is still great for the older car that has no blue tooth.

I am a great advocate for CarPlay in my vehicles. I own two 2012 cars, a Mercedes, ML 350 and a BMW 535I which do not have CarPlay. Four years ago I replace the whole head unit in the ML 350 and was happy except for slow performance. I had to replace the unit with another $500 head unit which was better. When I looked at the Carpuride unit I was initially skeptical as to how easy it would work. I ordered a W103 pro with dual Bluetooth (BT) transmitters. The W103 basically installed itself. Once I Bluetooth paired my phone the unit connects instantly with my iphone XS. I am using the second bluetooth radio to talk to the Bluetooth head unit in the car. I was concerned about the complexity of 2 bluetooth transmitters but it works extremely well. I have incredibly good sound by BT between the W103 and the car't entertainment unit. I would recommend this highly!

Delivered fairly quickly, about 10 days. I would say solid product, nice quality well made, installation a breeze, setup took about 10 minutes. Works as advertised. Had a little difficulty following provided instructions, but finally figured it out. Well worth the money to get Apple CarPlay in my older vehicle. I would by again and recommend.

I saw a review from Jay Read on YouTube, and I felt good about ordering from around the globe. The device works as advertised and allows me to listen to satellite radio and play my navigation from my iPhone on the nice large screen. Trying to figure out if I have to play the music on the Carpuride unit or just through the speakers of the car

It often disconnected from Bluetooth in the middle of navigation, and the inside camera sometimes goes from color to black and white.

Don't DO IT! The positive reviews MUST BE BOTS OR Ai; I am very good at tech install and this is junk: phone call MAJOR ECHO AND static. I tired 5 times beginning each time with default factory settings. My truck is NEW. No customer service . Horrible mount! Don't waste your time or Walmarts on the return. I am NOT Ai!!!
