Great Extra Protein
Good source of protein and fiber with low carbs. Made it into nuggets, a little dry but I eat it for the additional protein. Adheres well, can't complain

Terrible. Made my turkey meatloaf drier than the Sahara desert and crumbly.

Like saw dust
I used this while making meatballs and again when making meatloaf. Both times it was so dry. My husband said it tasted like saw dust. It tastes like it actually pulls moisture out if your meat leaving it dry and crumbling. I used way less the second time i used it and it was still not good. I ended up throwing the bag away after trying it a couple times.
