Excellent flavor, easy to make

The two big-name chili mixes are Carroll Shelby and Wick Fowler. They both are good, but Shelby's is betterin my opinion. Wick's makes a darker chili that is less flavorful. I have actually used Shelby's mix (with a little doctoring) and won chili contests. I dice a small yellow onion and put it in when I am browning the hamburger. I also use a can of brown beans, a can of black beans, and a small can of sweet corn. Put some Fritos in the bottom of your bowl and MMMMMM!

I purchased the 12 pack of this chili...I have to admit, it is the easiest to prepare. Add water, two pounds of ground beef, the spice packet and water. I also recommend adding one onion, diced tomatoes, one small can of chili beans, and fresh garlic. When prepared, top off with sour cream and tortilla chips. I am back to order my second shipment now... Great product and very simple and fast to prepare.

Just as I remembered, great way to make some good tasting chili without having to go through the cupboard to find all the spices.
