I am always skeptical when reading reviews of 5 star rated items, but this lightweight, easy to roll, and durable suitcase easily fulfilled those reviews. It was easy to roll about the airport and lightweight enough to handle one handed. It held all my clothes and toiletries easily including an extra pair of shoes. I did check the bag at the gate and it went into that dark realm of baggage handling abyss, but emerged unscathed and the wheels were intact and functional. I didn't reset the TSA lock, but being able to put the zipper tags securely into the lock was a plus. Overall, I am quite happy with my purchase and the distinctive light blue color was easy to spot on the baggage claim carousel.

I love the size of this luggage, it'll be perfect for our longer vacay to the NC side of the Smoky Mountains in the fall. Love that both sides on the inside are zippered, I always struggle with the 'x' straps holding everything together, so this is perfect for my needs. I like that I can hook up my back-up portable charger and can charge whatever from the outside of the suitcase and the cup holder is a nice feature. The extender bar and wheels seem sturdy, it's lightweight for its large size, and the multiple handles to grab/carry in different ways is a huge bonus, no longer have to worry about dropping it cause I couldn't get a good grip. Although I haven't gotten to use it yet, I'm very much looking forward to and I'll update my review after our vacay if needed.

This is a good looking set. It arrived quickly. The cup holder is a bonus on the 20" carry-on but I don't feel it necessary for the 28" checked luggage. I don't think it will survive airline or cruise ship baggage handlers. The cupholder is also recessed and takes up space inside the case. The durability is questionable. I have not used this luggage though. Upon unboxing, the carryon was nested within the 28" and demonstrated obvious sag from the weight of the lightweight case. I don't know that it can withstand the weight of being packed with clothing. There is a lot of give to the material but that may be good to be flexible and not be as rigid thus prone to crack. The zipper is not YKK. The telescoping handles are more stable than other luggage I have owned. The front face handles are shallow, uncomfortable and awkward to carry. They also recess into the case taking up unnecessary space. The side handles are more accessible but there are not any opposite feet risers to rest the luggage or stabilize on the ground. Feet are present on the backside of the 28" case. The wheels move smoothly and seem sturdy. I am on the fence about keeping the set for non-commercial trips. Knowing that this style of handle and cup holder encroaches on packing space, I will opt for another style.

The colors are not as vibrant as they are in the pictures. I thought I was purchasing a lime green set. The color is actually more of a sage green. I wanted to love it. I was going to exchange it for the other colors but a little more research showed the blue was dull, as well. I never took it out of the box to rate anything else.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BAG. Very poor quality; after just one trip, the tires ripped off and numerous dents appeared. Check the attached pictures. Walmart only refunds a maximum of 20% in my case since the bag is now in a different country.

It is cheaply made the box was all torn up, which made the suitcase torn. People who deliver need to be a little bit more careful with the merchandise. Will be returning

Arrived with a lock that did not function on the smaller piece of luggage. Contacted manufacturer and after simple troubleshooting that did not work, they quit responding. Returning the item. Do not recommend.

Wheels broke off in travel.
