I bought this hand held magnifying glass for my parents. It is the perfect size and shape to read easier and it has a light. Would highly recommend.

this is the handiest magnifying glass I have seen! love it! The light is bright but not too bright, lens clear and just the right size

. Much better than I expected My only question is how long the battery is expected to last, where do I get another battery, and how to change it?

The magnifier is good and the led illumination is OK, but was a little disappointed that the unit uses a stack of button cells rather than an AAA battery.

it came with 3 dead cell batteries

if it was AA or AAA or 9v this would be great

When I received this, the light didn't work (probably batteries but haven't tried replacing them yet). Also, the handle is wobbly at the hinge. I own another Carson magnifier (model RM77) which is excellent and I highly recommend that model instead (if you don't mind a fixed handle).
