My wife's center vision is very challenged, so she needs magnification to read a menu or doctor's prescription, a map or a sales receipt. She most often uses the three lenses, but she does sometimes use two lenses, especially when it's sunny. I get teased about not bringing her magnifier and I reply to look in her small purse. She looks and finds her wonderfully small effective magnifier. She replies that she knew where it was all the time.
This item is definitely pocket or purse size. Sturdy construction. Worked perfectly for identifying old coins.
My husband loved it. Right size, compact.
It's great for reading small print
Such a handy magnifying glass and well protected when lens are slide in. Great buy.
clarity and easy to use
those tiny fonts and strange colors are sometimes difficult to read this makes it very simple. very easy to use and choices and magnification.
Well designed, well made, very handy. I also got the same loupe in 5x, 10x, 15x. The 5-10-15 came in a small handy cardboard box. This 3x, 5.5x, 8.5x loupe came in a blister pack. It would be better if it came in a small box like the 5-10-15. And if would be even better if a small nylon or leather case was included. If a case was provided, I would have rated this 5 stars.
The Carson TriView Loupe works, it's a very useful item to have on hand
if it was made of a sturdier material like metal instead of plastic its be 5 stars. they still feel fairly protected tho. maginification is noce
