I rated this product this way because the product arrived no longer than a week after purchasing it, the price was cheaper to buy online, and I got emails every time there was an update on my order such as when it was being shipped out and when it was being set out for delivery.

Because this is a dvd release I've been waiting my whole life for and I couldn't have been happier that I received my shipment earlier than promised.

Wonderfull condition. No loose discs.

The DVDs are awesome don't get me wrong, it's the case itself is concerning, when I received it some DVDs fell out. The case itself cracked upon opening it and the DVDs that didn't fall out seemed almost stuck to the point I was terrified of breaking them. My solution was to put them in a different case for easier access other then that seller was good, DVDs great, case concerning

some disk had little damage and the paper that tells you which season has which episodes had a hole going through it

It has every episode in it and includes the movie which is great. The only problem is the video quality of the actual dvds, it's not great especially first few seasons. The actual holder for the dvds themselves is also not the best but over would still buy.

Bought this back in April. The DVDs are hard to take out and the design to hold all the DVDs is flawed. If you aren't careful you'll crack your DVDs. I already have 2 cracked in the middle and I've only used them a handful of times. I haven't even gotten passed the 2nd season and 2 of my DVDs are cracked. The show is amazing but it seems like every time I take these 2 DVDs out I'll be breaking them more. These cracks will just get bigger to the point where I won't be able to use it anymore. Such a shame cause I love this show and was hoping that I'd have this for many many years. For these 2 dvds its now just a matter of time before these cracks get worse.

The show is awesome. However, I am giving this a one star because this was clearly something that was opened before. There are missing discs and while there are multiple copies of othera. For example season two discs are missing but I have three season 3 disc 3 disc in their place.

Unfortunately, we never received the item--an employee stole it from the order. The staff was horible and wouldn't help us. Katie in customer service told me to call 1-800 walmart--stated that we might find compassion there and kept making statements such as, "if you really didn't get it", suggeting that we were not being truthful. The store manager intervened and was wonderful.--gave a full refund. He stated that the staff will have consequences for not only stealing, but in the way they handled the customer.

As much as I enjoy this show this set is not worth having. The quality of the case is terrible, the picture quality is terrible, the episodes are censored/cut, and the menus are copy and pasted. It's unfortunate that this show didn't receive a blu-ray set instead. I'll be sticking to torrent websites until that day comes.
