These are the best replacements parts EVER, without question and under no uncertain terms. A simple T-10 bit easily removes the handle, pull out the old, insert the new, replace the handle, and you are done in 5 minutes. There will be absolutely no more leaks and it last for years. I always keep two or three on hand.

I found out this wasn't the problem. So I'm returning the product.

After shopping around I decided to buy my replacement cartridge from Walmart, based on value and past experience. After receiving the cartridge I installed it without incident and it performs flawlessly. I would not hesitate to buy another when needed.

Had previously purchased a generic (they did not carry the product brand) from a home improvement store that did not fix the problem. The Genuine Moen product was perfect.

Ended up being a great fix, and fairly simple to replace. Much better option than replacing the whole unit! My only regret is not trying this with another leaking faucet that I had in the house before I replaced the entire thing.

I had bought a generic version of this at one of the home centers, and it leaked worse than the old one. Then I installed this Moen cartridge; fits perfectly and...no leaking, no dripping!

The item was delivered several days before the estimated date of delivery. We immediately installed the cartridge and it has been working perfectly ever since. We now wish we had ordered two so we would have one as a backup.
