i am a beginner and this machine was easy to set up and it's easy to use. the size off the machine is great too, i have limited counter space so i wanted a basic machine that doesn't take up too much space. the stainless steel finish is nice and cleans up easily. it is a bit loud but i think that is expected for an espresso machine.

After a while of shopping around for espresso machine, I choose this exceptional brand. I have tried various brands and get mixed feeling about my espresso every time. Until this, I believe this is the one as the smooth taste and the build. This provides consistent extraction, the temperature stays stable from shot to shot, and the steam wand has enough power to texture milk smoothly. The controls are responsive, the portafilter locks in securely, and everything feels well-built. It has been reliable every time I use it, and I'm very happy with how it performs. Simple with 1 and 2 cups option or steam with wand but it is the best one.

It is a great expresso machine. I bought it because it will be the perfect size and color to match with my kitchen and I loved that is really easy to set up and use. I love how it has everything you need, and it makes coffee really quickly for when you are in a rush. You can also choose between two sizes of expresso and if you need one or two cups at the moment, the milk warmer is a great addition to the machine in the past I need two items for make coffee. I'm happy I bought it and 100% recommend it.

This expresso machine was under $100 dollars and is a great buy! It has all the features one looking to become a barista needs. My only comment would be the amount of noise it makes, but that is because it has a very powerful 20-bar pressure pump. I am so happy with the unit and am enjoying my cup of cappuccino every morning. Easy to use just make sure to use good water. Make sure you run a 2 pull through the machine before you put your grinds in. Make sure you use fresh grinds for the best taste but that is not particular to just this machine. I am new to espresso shot pulling but it is easy with this machine and I have used others. Instructions are pretty clear. I bought 2 one for home and the other for the camper. You do not use a ton of grounds to make a latte so the grounds go a long way. 1/4 a pound will last a while for at least me.

This was delivered in a factory sealed box. It was exactly what the listing said. It was also delivered 1 day sooner. This unit is the CM5418 Basic not the one sold on Amazon and Target is the CM5418BC-UL. I knew about the Pro for $200, but didn't know about the basic model doesn't have all the features that the standard model has. I'm not mad because I spent the amount I wanted to and didn't want to spend the $150 price tag of the standard model. I am happy with this purchase! I would buy this again. Also customer service was awesome. I sent in my questions and they answered me right away! Great experience!

It's a cute and convenient design, fits well on any kitchen counter, however.. I discovered that the placement distribution underneath the espresso strainer is black plastic. Microplastics are seeping into every espresso shot you make. Couldn't remove it, it's completely stuck on. Also starts to shake really hard after 6 mo. of use. I'd say save your $

For the initial month or so, it worked as expected but the crema that I am getting now is barely anything. Then comes the frother. It barely froths and once it's done frothing, you can't use the machine until its internal temperature has cooled down. I had guests over and it was embarrassing to wait for a little bit for it to cool down. I had to run through some cold water but still had to wait. Overall, it has been very disappointing experience and I only have had this machine for 4 months. Since I am out of the return window, I am stuck with this machine. I could have gotten a nice Nespresso machine for this price.

It's very loud, water reservoir leaks, and when brewing an espresso into a light weight glass cup the vibration while brewing can and WILL knock your glass off the machine if left unattended. Worst purchase I've ever made and I will be returning it. I've had better success with significantly cheaper espresso makers.
