Overall, a great budget machine! My only complaint is the portafilter only holds a max of 15g of grounds. Ideally I’d like one that holds 18g. But it pulls a beautiful shot! Pulls on the fast side, but I think my next investment will be a quality grinder. Would recommend for beginners wanting to learn with.

I am very pleased with this product. It was packaged extremely well. An excellent. Price for a quality product. I’ve only had it a week, but it’s easy to use and the directions are clear and concise. It also has a recipe book for a variety of seasonal drinks. My only remark is that it can be a little bit noisy. It doesn’t bother me as I live alone. But if you have to get up early to go to work, it might disturb others still sleeping if their bedroom is close to the kitchen.

The big problem is that after you finish one cup, the machine heats up too much that you have to wait up to 10 minutes, so you can use it again, even using the steamer to help the machine cool down. That is to me a machine that does not meet expectations.

It's a cute and convenient design, fits well on any kitchen counter, however.. I discovered that the placement distribution underneath the espresso strainer is black plastic. Microplastics are seeping into every espresso shot you make. Couldn't remove it, it's completely stuck on. Also starts to shake really hard after 6 mo. of use. I'd say save your $

everyday this machine gets jammed up you have to take it apart go to all the steps free it up to get your cup of coffee. I have been using an espresso machine for years so I am not new to them, this machine is very difficult and with the amount of time that you have go through the steps to get it working again it's about a half hour before you get one cup of coffee.
