This is the perfect machine. It has everything you need for a complete setup but isnt so bug that it overwhelms your countertop. It comes with every accessory you need to get started. Afte I got the hang of it, im getting a great pull everytime!!

This 5700PRO is just as good as other comparable brands but it is half the price. This is the second one we have purchased, one was a gift and the other is for us. It is dependable and highly functional.

Machine looks sleek and brews good espresso shot. Still have to get use to the steam wand and grinder but was able to perfectly dial my beans in just 3 tries.

I replaced my Casabrews Ultra with this Casabrews 5700PRO because I wanted the built-in grinder and more control over certain functions. I have finally dialed in the machine to where I want it, and I am loving it.

I love the size and look of this machine. I had a really hard time dialing in for the first time. The machine wasnt as consistent as I would have liked with pressure and water distribution. I had to get my local coffee shop owner to come over and help me and he even said it wasnt the best. For an at home machine, it does pull decent shots and steams milk but the pressure on the wand isnt as strong and i hoped so microfoam in non dairy milks isnt as thick. I'm still trying to decide if the quality of the product it makes is worth the cost of the machine.

3 months old. Instructions are not clear. Manual says that pressure should be 6-12 for a double shot, but mine never reads different than zero, even after following instructions for grind, amount of coffee, degree of tamping, etc. Coffee from grinder does not flow down evenly. It piles at the front (near portafilter handle) and one must adjust level 2-3 times.

I tried to like this machine but it's a kermudgeony, finicky jerk at best. It's difficult to dial in, it uses an excessive amount of beans to make a simple shot of decent espresso, it pools water in the portafilter, it errors a lot. I first blamed it on my lack of knowledge but I had an espresso snob friend try it and he said - yeah no - this machine is difficult. I'm outside the window to return it but I really gave it a solid go. I ordered another machine from a different company. Super disappointed. Read the other negative reviews cause they are spot on.

Do not buy this machine. Even though they give you two grinders. They will not last. I haev had the machine for 3 years and both grinders have broken. Replacement gridners are consistently out of stock.
