This is a great little flashlight. Light to carry and powerful in its shine. I love the fact that it is rechargeable. It unscrews a bit to reveal the USB port, and comes with the cable for charging. You will need the adapter that plugs into the wall, but I plugged it into a phone charge adapter I already had, and it worked fine. It has 3 settings, high brightness, low brightness, and intermittent flashing for emergency situations, is my guess. I am very pleased with it, and highly recommend it.

Very bright, has three mode choices, full power, reduced power for longer battery life and very bright strobe. Aero aluminum body, not cheap plastic. For people who had issue with it not working, you must unscrew the tail end of the flashlight and remove the small piece of paper which will then allow the batteries to make contact and allow the flashlight to function. The flashlight will function properly when plugged in to charge, even if the little piece of paper is not removed but must remove the paper for flashlight to function by the batteries. To reveal the charging connection, rotate the knurled center section counter-clockwise.

I have had some small flashlights. What I don't like about most of them is that the batteries always seem dead when I need them. I don't use them regularly, but where I live I do get fairly frequent power outages and that's when I reach for them. So I'll use them maybe around every 2-3 months and it's frustrating to find that they don't work and then try to find batteries in the dark. I got some that had rechargeable batteries but you have to take the batteries out to charge them and they aren't the typical battery sizes so I misplace their charger. Finally, I got one that I can simply recharge by a USB cord. In fact I'm sure I could charge it by any of the battery back-ups I have. So much simplier! This is about a typical brightness for what it is. As you can see, in the dark things will be lit up enough to see but not nearly as bright as daytime. If you turn the part closest to the light it will change how big of an area it lights up. It works well. There's two levels of brightness changed by pushing the button and then the third push causes it to strobe. You have to go through these buttons to turn it off. On the flashlight there are 4 places that twist... making it difficult at first for me to find where it charges... where to put the cord. In fact I almost wondered if it was defective as I found the other three places where it twists open first. One is the part by the light, covered above. The two bottom parts are the top and bottom of the battery... which you'll need to open I think it was the top one of these to get it to work as they put a piece of paper in it to conserve the battery I think. The fourth place is more of a part that twists and slides down, moreso than twists open. On the second photo you can see how it's almost behind the button. It takes a little getting used to how to open this compartment as it's a bit more challenging than the other three places that twists. Overall, this is perfect for my needs. Hopefully it'll still have a charge when I go to use it. I figure I'll charge it fully after I use it every time and hopefully that charge will be good enough to hold for when I need it again. Comfortable to hold. Looks nice. Not too heavy. Well made, and good quality.

(NOTE: Before charging the light for the first time, be sure to twist the battery cover on the bottom to remove the small paper covering the battery. I had to write to customer service because I couldn't get the flashlight to charge. Duh!) In my opinion, what makes this such a great flashlight is the fact that it has a rechargeable lithium battery; no more having to stop in the middle of a project to search for fresh batteries. It is easily charged by using the USB -A to micro-USB cable which is included. The cable is approximately 24" in length which is great for plugging into any portable USB port or directly into my computer or car charger. With just a twist of the handle, the port can easily be exposed for charging. Just be sure to twist It back to cover the port when not charging. The 700 lumens makes this a perfect light for most small duty use. To change from high, low (zoom) or strobe light, use the power button on the side. The light is approximately 6" in length. Perfect for handbag or glove compartment. Excellent and fast Customer Service provided at no extra cost!

Man this light is BRIGHT. I received the Aero flashlight, changed it up, took about an hour, and tested it. I could not Believe at how Bright this Light is. It will light up a room like it's daytime. It has a lower light setting as well, it was still really bright. I then went to the third setting, it's a strobe light for security reasons. There is no way anyone is going to look at the strobe unless they have there eyes closed. I Kid you Not. I am Very Impressed with this Flashlight. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I am so happy I got this 700 lumen rechargeable aluminum flashlight by Cascade. Before use or charging the flash light make sure you take the sticker that is on the rechargeable batterie. The flash light does come with some charge, but in the instructions, it does advice to charge it for at least four hours before using it. It is a well-made flashlight that works great. It has now become part of my hiking backpack for just in case it gets dark or in case I need to signal a stop for help. The flashlight does have three different settings. The first is high, and it is set when you first turn it on, next is low, and finally strobe. It does only have one button so all the settings, and turning off and on is done with the same button. Another cool extra feature is the zoom spotlight. To zoom in or out the spotlight all that hast to be done is to rotate the head of the flash light.

I love, love, love this little flashlight! It's small but mighty! You ask why I might say it, as most of us have a handy, dandy little light we can switch on from our cell phones! First, it's a much brighter light than what a cell phone may have and second, it's rechargeable! There are three options to have the fullest and brightest light, or a little less light or a strobe light. When my husband and I walk the dog or take a walk in the evening it's nice to have a flashlight with you, not only to help you see but for others to be able to see you! It's a very visible light yet easy to carry and relatively lightweight. I have to be honest, I don't know much about lumens and what those numbers mean, however, I can say for a fact this little flashlight gives a large amount of light. I haven't used it for hours at a time to see how long it'll go on a charge but it's always ready when I am.

I love a handy flashlight. This one is great. It has a nice strong beam, with hi and low settings. Also has a spotlight and blinking light feature. It is rechargeable. That is wonderful, but what is really great is it recharges vis a mini usb cord, like your kindle or phone charger. The collar just opens when you turn it, exposing the charger port. You don't have to remove a cap or anything that might get lost. You can recharge it in the car or even camping if you have a solar charger. Genius! Seems to charge up quickly. I haven't worn out my first charge yet, so not sure how long it will last, but will update when I know that.

I was very impressed with this flashlight! First off it's weight is nice, substantial without being too heavy. It has an all metal body, and the port to charge is opened by twisting down a protective cuff, which is good to keep water or dust out of the port. The light has three settings, full, half and strobe. The full is very bright, and I would feel very comfortable using it on a highway so people could see me. It also has a light focus by turning the top. Nice if you need accurate light. It charged well, just remember to remove the piece of paper in the battery area before you do. What I love most is it's ability to be recharged!

While I've purchased plenty of flashlights claiming to be 700 lumens, this is one of the few that actually IS as bright as it claims. The light can be set to either high or low, the light stream can be zoomed-in and -out, and it has a strobe function. I love the 18650 mAh rechargeable lithium battery, no more searching for fresh batteries in just the right size. It's easy to charge with the included 2' USB-A to micro-USB cable. Just twist handle to expose the charging port, then twist handle back to re-cover the charging port. Note: Before charging battery for the first time, twist-off battery cover on the bottom and remove paper barrier. It's a great little flashlight - lightweight, durable, waterproof, and did I mention … BRIGHT. Great idea to keep a few around in case of emergency, put a few in your cars, in with your camping or hiking gear, etc.
