These poles take hiking to the next level allowing me to go further and in more difficult areas. I like how diverse these can be for different terrains with a simple switch of bottom or adjustment of length. I think these look sleek and make you at least look like you are professional hikers. I recommend these to everyone they will change your outdoor experience.

We live in Michigan and don't have too difficult of terrain to navigate, but these poles have been great for our area. We use them on our longer hikes that tend to have larger climbs. They have held up nicely and still look brand new despite 30+ hikes in winter, spring and summer. I'd recommend these to someone who has a similar need. I can't speak to how these work for folks in more mountainous or desert regions.

Makes a big difference in exercise value of a simple walk, bringing in your upper body too. Best with some hills but ok on flat land too. The cork handles are worth it.

I'm new to hiking and these were just right for me. Comfortable handles, they adjust easily and lock in pace based on height, and the different feet based on the terrain being climbed were very useful. The carrying bag made keeping everything together easy to take along wherever you want to go.

These are really nice Hiking Sticks. Easily adjust these to fit about any person's size. These are High Quality all the way. The cork hand grips are nice. The Carbin Fiber poles are super light and are easy to use. There are tips for all terrain from snow and ice to dirt. Cascade Mountain Tech carbon fiber quick lock treckking poles- collapsible walking or hiking sticks, are a wonderful addition to my walking program. These poles work in all weather and terrain , with their detachable foot replacements. The put together easy, feel sturdy, and have great hand grips. I have been using them on very icy surface, as we still have snow and they have been great at keeping me balanced. Very please with performance and quality.

These trekking poles are awesome! They add to my walking workout. I walk faster, stand straighter and get more aerobic exercise. I am also encouraging older folks in our 55+ community in Naples, FL to use them for stability! The adjustable height is great and the carbon makes them extrememly light! I also like the changeable tips for sand and snow!

I have been looking for a nice set of walking sticks and haven't found any that I wanted to try. I was excited to give these a try. They are very comfortable in the hand and are very easy to adjust. You do have to tighten the releases quite a bit to keep the legs from slipping, but it can be done. If you are looking for something to help you move around the neighborhood or the hills I would recommend these walking stick for you. I like that it has twonolaces to out your hands when walking to give you a different point of leverage and the several feet it could mean with are very helpful.

These piles look nice but don't hold up. The locking mechanism for them will not stay tightened and the straps on them are not adjustable so there is no way I would use these for a hiking trip. Also they seem really flimsy and I fear they would not support my weight for very long.
