These LED lanterns have been indispensable for us over two recent multi day power shutdowns in community . And still using the same set of batteries. Our full sized LED lantern was a bit cumbersome to carry room to room but this size is ideal. Have used the same lanterns for camping as well. Again the perfect size for this activity.

We are long time user and have found these lanterns are very helpful during our thunderstorm season when we have service interruptions. We recently had an extend outage, 14 hours, due to a bad wind storm. These lights made life without normal lights doable. We ordered some more lanterns to share with several retired friends so they would not have to use candles, oil lamps or flash lights. You should think about an app to remind customers to replace their batteries over time to keep them fresh and ready and to avoid corrosion and break down at the end of service life.

I manage an apartment complex in California and the power goes out during our rainy season. I hook these at the top and bottom of our outside stairwells for safety reasons. I love them! They give off nice, bright light and are easy to turn off and on. I would suggest removing the batteries and wiping the battery compartment dry when you store them. I just bought 9 more for my future personal use.

After the power went out one evening, after I had just moved in, my landlord brought me two of these to use. I liked them so much I bought 3 of my own! The brightness, size and versatility won me over. I am keeping one in the car, because you can also set it to flashing red!

My son has a 3Pk and we used them during power outages. My wife and I use them for after hour bedside reading on our devices or when we break out the wine. Perfect for these functions with variable illumination, for the top slides up and down. We wish the batteries life was longer though.

Of my three lamps, all worked well at first, then after a year one became unreliable. That one and another suddenly failed completely this summer, leaving only one that gives light. They haven't been used heavily; one of the failed ones still had its original batteries (I did try new batteries).

Left out in the rain and no longer works. Informed that it is 'weather resistant" but not weather proof. It's a shame as its a nice lantern and quite expensive.

One of three lamps received as a gift a few months ago was tested recently and did not work at all. I can only hope that the sets I recently bought to give as gifts perform better.
