This stand is not only fully adjustable, the base is so solid that it can't tip over. A screw driver might be needed to tighten or loosen a screw to adjust and keep it at the preferred angles. I'm very satisfied with this and would consider buying another one.
Just received item and easy to set up right out of the box. It is exactly what I was looking for to use during FaceTime calls.
