Realistic , Durable, Fully Functional Fun
This is the cutest little shopping toy! If your littles love toy food and pretend shopping this cash register is perfect for them! It takes three double A batteries and then the cash register comes to life ! They can scan their food and run it down the conveyor belt! It comes with a small grocery basket, a few toy food items, plastic coins, pretend cash, and a little credit card. The scanner is super fun and makes this toy realistic. It also comes with a "calculator" to calculate prices. This was the perfect gift for my 7 year old girls birthday. She picked it out herself and is overjoyed with it! I highly recommend this toy. It's durable and the quality is amazing. It won't disappoint. Happy shopping everyone.

small cash register - fun toy for young kids
I got this cash register for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. She wanted a cash register so badly. I think she likes it, but it didn't WOW her. It does have some cool features - the conveyor belt moves, the scale moves with weight, and the scanner really scans and connects with the few items it comes with. The voice used for the sound is difficult to understand, but thankfully you can turn the volume up and down. There are just a few pieces of play money to use, but overall...I think it is a fun toy. A little smaller than I expected. But overall, good.

Inappropriate Song Choice
This is such a cool cash register and I would love to recommend it but the songs and sounds are not great. The cash register will never stop saying hey little friend, which gets to be grating. The biggest problem is that one of the songs is “Ten Little Indians”.. which then I had to explain to my five year old why that is not appropriate to sing…
