Cashel Slanted Stirrup Engraved 2" X 4"

These stirrups are fantastic. I bought a new western saddle with cordura fenders. I didn't love the look of the cordura but it is so light and freeing on my knees and ankles. The cordura alone eliminated about 90% of the stiff torque I feel on my joins when I ride western. These stirrups eliminate the remaining 10% because they keep bottom of your foot parallel to the ground instead of angled out. Definitely an improvement I can feel. And they're so pretty! :)

Riding horses with bad knee pain can take the excitement and joy right out of it. I figured it was something I just had to put up with. I am in my 50s and have had 2 knee replacements. I wanted to find a stirrup that would relieve some of the pressure off my knees while still looking good. I honestly didn't know that stirrups could be comfortable until I tried these. I figured stirrups were stirrups... these showed me how wrong I was! They are so comfortable, and they make keeping your feet in the right position effortless. I honestly could happier with them! My knees don't hurt nearly as bad, if at all. And they are absolutely gorgeous!!! The Cashel Engraved Slanted Stirrups help ease the pain and make riding more enjoyable. They are heavy gauge aluminum and very light. I love the rubber foot tread. My boot stays securely in the stirrup at all times. A lot of the other western stirrups have leather tread. The rubber keeps my foot in a fixed or stable position (no pun intended). They are beautifully engraved with western detail on the outside of the stirrup. They are super easy to wipe down after riding. Any dirt, mud, or dust comes right off. They keep their shine. They are not like leather stirrups that need to be conditioned so they don't dry out or crack. The only downside I can find is that they are almost too pretty to use!

I bought several pairs of slanted stirrups of different makes and these are the best! Width is perfect for my boot and my knee, ankle and foot pain is gone. I almost want to buy another pair so I have an exact replacement if anything should happen to them. : )

Very flashy and really help my senior knees from getting sore.
