I bought this product and am very dissapointed in the quality. You need to use so much at a time so ends up costing a lot. It never tears off properly and bunches up in the palm of your hand. It used to be good, but now its crappy not at all happy with it, have to find another brand that works better
I have used this product for years. Very happy with it.
We noticed in the last packages bought that there was an extremely noticeable decrease in quality of the product. IWe noticed in the last packages bought that there was an extremely noticeable decrease in quality of the product. I actually went to check the package to make sure I hadn't bought something else other than Kashmir by mistake. Unfortunately based on the lower quality now I will be buying another brand going for because this decrease in equality is just to pronounced to accept
Cashmere was the only brand I'd buy, I really like them and had the best quality in my opinion. But they reduced the size of the rolls (took off from the sides) and now the feeling is just so weird in my hands, I think I'm sadly gonna switch brand. I wished they would have just raised the price instead of decreasing the quality.
For years, this was our go-to brand, but it is now noticeably thinner and more cheaply made. The paper is so fragile now, it won't even tear properly along the perforation - it starts tearing lengthwise up the next sheet. Other recent reviews all the say the exact same thing so there is no question the product has seen a reduction in quality. The only question is - will anyone at Kruger ever actually read their own reviews? Or will this review, like all others, get the standard auto-response asking people to call their 1-800 number? How many customers will drift away to other brands before they notice?
The 2 ply is very thin making it only 1 ply feel.I believe they have recently reduced the width and size of each roll as well. While using, naturally one would need to use more which is what they want, but messy to use as the paper is small and thin. Used half a roll and will return that and the other 39 rolls for a refund. Don't buy!
I find it kind of a cheap shot to keep advertising 40 rolls 250 squares when you guys changed the width of the rolls. Transparency toward your consumers goes a long way. You will lose market share by trying to trick your customers into paying the same amount for less. Imagine the pulp you buy to make the toilet paper is sold to you wet so you end up paying for water instead of pulp. Wouldnt you ban your supplier ? Step up your game coz I am getting a bidet installed this weekend and changing brand.
Your toilet paper is something I'd expect in a third-world country. You should be ashamed to sell this product.
You deserve your customers an apology. The labeling is misleading at best. Cashmere 24/48 "doubles" vs 20/60 "triples" are untruthful. 24/48 rolls are 242 sheets per roll. If they were single rolls it would be 121 sheets per roll. 20/60 rolls are 198 sheets per roll. If they were single rolls it would be 66 sheets per roll. The 24/48 pack has a total of 5,808 sheets. The 20/60 pack has a total of 3,960. The numbers and wordings "appear" it is better to buy the 20/60 pack when in fact, it is not! Your customers deserve an apology for your misleading packaging.
I have used this brand of toilet paper exclusively for years. Lately I am noticing that it leaves "lint" where a person shouldn't have lint. It also falls apart in my hand . . .presumably the source of the lint. I read many similar complaints on Walmart.ca and read someone saying they were happy after switching to Royale. Guess that will be my next pu.
