My daughter is taking piano lessons and this has been the perfect beginner piano. The keys seem to be more weighted than some of the smaller keyboards. The sound is very clear. I like that it's portable. She is really liking it.

This is a good keyboard for beginners and beyond! It has weighted keys and lots of "voices" to play with.

I gifted this keyboard for my best friend who was in a nursing home. I'd hoped it would give a few hours of enjoyment but she passed. I miss her terribly.,I really think she would have liked it. She loved to play and sing.

Well, to start off; it came quickly and without damage. That is a Good start:-) It is a Very Nice looking piece of equipment. The heft of it is good and it feels sturdy. One can use Double AA batteries or an AC adapter, so that makes it more convenient to operate depending on one's needs at the time. One can also use this keyboard with another device through a USB cable. However, one is Not provided so it will be up to each to buy one or perhaps might have one already that will work. This was probably my only negative thought on this instrument because Casio is known for Quality products and one might assume for the nominal cost it would have added they could have included it. I as most everyone else enjoys some genre of music. That said, I am more than a little instrumentally challenged so this is going to be a Nice learning experience for myself and my grandson. Going to have to pick up some music books to learn from and we'll probably bang around on this several times a month. It is also not very expensive so gifting this to someone you know is talented or wants to learn would not be a problem. Enjoy!-)

I had what I call a baby keyboard before because there is no comparison this is simply the best keyboard for home use. I come from a family of music lovers and a few talented musicians and learning to play a keyboard has been on everyone's wish list. I love all the options with this one, not just background music but the ability to change how the keyboard sounds. I love the piano sound best for the keyboard and I love the actual songs already loaded to choose from to play along with. I found that Casio has an app called Chordana Play that can be loaded to a tablet or phone to teach you how to play. The keyboard actually has the ability to plug your tablet or phone in to it so you can use the app with the keyboard to make learning even easier. The keyboard has a carry handle and a sheet music holder that can also work keep your tablet or phone visible while learning. The keyboard uses batteries or the power cord included with it. Plug in your own pedals or microphone and you are ready to really take the keyboard to the next level. I am not quite ready to join a band but my kids and I are definitely learning how to change the sound of the keyboard and how to actually play. This is a great board for beginners or anyone who already knows how and with the ease of adding accessories it is the best one I have used.

My husband hasn't put this thing down since it came in the mail. It plays over 400 tones and a bunch of other features. It's better than a traditional piano. It's a pretty good size and has some weight to it but it's not too heavy to carry. I do wish that it came with a case or a bag to put it in when not in use. Either way, we've been having loads of fun with this.

Got this for my eldest teen daughter who is very interested in Piano. She has every app game, and everytime we are in the toy section she picks up something with a keyboard even if it is ages 6-18 months. The other pianos had horrible reviews and I see why this one did not. Casio was a household name when I grew up and I'm glad they are still here!! This thing gets EXCELLENT sound...easily switches back and forth between many modes, and I bought a music book so that my daughter could learn to play without goofy, inauthentic, electronic piano sounds. It was more expensive, but I feel like we will have piece of mind eapecially with the warranty, and rating..

This is a cool keyboard to play with. We had our fun with it and even learned a few things. I used to play keyboard several years ago when I was around the age of 14. I learned to play a few Christmas songs on it. It's definitely been awhile. I like the digital aspect of it. I didn't have that with my old keyboard. I did remix type House music as well on my old keyboard. This keyboard has more functions. It's easy and fun to play. We used this for our entertainment on Friday evening. I love the sleek design and the quality of the product. We would definitely recommend this product for those whom want to have a night of musical fun.

Missing headphones. Says it comes with it. Opened it on Christmas Day and there are no headphones!
