Casio FX-9910CW ClassWiz Advanced Scientific Calculator, Black

Very impressed with the user experience of this calculator so far. I'm no longer taking advanced math, I'm just a machining student, but I've taken as far as calculus. If you don't need graphing functions, this will handle your needs. The positions of the buttons and their alternate functions are very logical, everything you need to be easily accessible is where you'd expect it to be. The build quality is good, i expect to break it eventually by dropping on the shop floor a few dozen times or hitting with a sharp tool, but it's pretty solid, and it's only $25 to replace! The settings menu has useful options. Working with fractions and converting them is super easy. I have mine set up to give answers in decimal to the ten thousandth, by default it will output fractions and you hit one button to convert between. It uses a AAA battery, the one that comes in it should last a few years.

This has improved user interface from the similar FX-991.

I LOVE this calculator!! It has helped me through 4 college math classes. Works great!

The product finishing was good. Buttons are comfortable to use. Display is four lines, 2x3 for grid. Options are numbered to can navigate using arrows or number directly. This is Casio fx-9910CW v2. It has a cover too.

WOrked well for a high school kid who needed it for school.

Easy to use

It is good looking machine, it can do it own job for Algebra or simple statistics. However, as a university student, it is not enough, if I can, I will refund it and buy TI84 Plus, more expensive but enough for all classes in university. Now I have to buy both.
