Casio Men's Classic Twin Sensor Thermometer Compass Black with Blue Watch SGW500H-2BV

I bought this watch for my boyfriend. He loves it. The style is better in person. He can wear it for dressing up, work, or casual wear. This watch had more features on it than what I expected. Its going to take some time to figure out how all the options work, but overall it's great.

This is a very nice watch, especially for an active / outdoor person. Its is a good looking accessary and seems to be fairly rugged although time will tell. It is a little hard to set up, instructions are not great and are in a tiny booklet, but be patient, it will get there.

Husband was looking for a watch that would give sunset times and moon phases. This one does that and more. After getting the time zone, DST and longitude/latitude entered correctly he gets the information he wanted for our area. There is still more to learn and figure out but Casio has done him well over the years. This is his 3rd Casio in 30 years, he lost one and killed the other one not knowing how to change the battery correctly. This one should get him through for quite a while. The only thing he is not sure about is the hands on the clock face, he is so used to digital, which the watch also has, that the hands will take some getting used to.

This is a great watch with more features than one can imagine like a compass, thermometer, sunset/sunrise, moon phases and the list goes on. The only advice I can give here is to make sure you read all the instructions carefully when you get ready to set everything up. You can download the PDF user manual on the Casio website. Believe me, it takes time to set up this watch correctly to have all the functions working properly.

I'm big on multi-functional tools. This watch is a great example. It's easy to navigate. It's very durable (so far). And, I love it's multi-functionality. I would like to have the hours represented by numbers, but I guess you can't win them all. I'll get used to that with practice.

Happy as a Lark with this Casio Twin Sensor Watch. Already getting comments about how good it looks. The price was very competitive with other quality brands. The twin sensors are the Compass and Thermometer functions, they work great! I'm an outdoorsman and that's why I bought this watch in the first place. All the other functions, water resistant, date, stopwatch, alarm, latitude and longitude, time in cities all over the world work great too. To study the instructions for setting everything up is time consuming and a little hard to follow at times, however, I am not the brightest bulb in the lamp. Once you get it all set up it is well worth it. I Love this watch. Would and have recommended it to others.

The twin sensors (compass and temperature) are helpful when you are out in the field hiking. I had the watch on me when I was photographing in the desert during the peak of the Perseid meteor shower this year. I did not need expensive GPS devices to find my way around. The watch's digital compass was more than enough in pointing which direction to go on the desert floor, and which part of the heavens to shoot for the meteor shower (ninety degrees from the radiant). It can tell what time the sun sets and rises, as well as moonsets and moonrises. The watch looks nice and yet can take a lot of abuse and is easy to clean - under a running faucet with a little bit of hand soap. Most of all, it doesn't cost much.

Its light weight/its big (great for senior vision)/its water resistant/ tells the temperature/its a compass/its a stop watch. The price was affordable and it looks good.Tells time as well!

Very classy watch, modern features with analog hands. The compass is the main reason anyone will get this watch. The temperature needs to be calibrated so it offsets your body temperature.

It's a good watch, especially if you like gadgets. The watch wasn't very hard to set up considering all it can do. It seems to be pretty accurate as well The compass, which I especially appreciate while traveling and even the thermometer, but you'll have to remove it from your wrist if you want a reading of more than just your skin! The watch is large, but light and the strap is surprisingly comfortable to wear.
