I bought this for my son as a gift and he loves it. Also I purchased the 2year warranty for it for only 6.50.I highly recommend it. If you are looking for a shock resistant , water resistant and with an illuminating light this is your watch.

This is my first G SHOCK watch, and definitely not my last. I am very impressed by the quality and durability of the watch. I needed a watch that can withstand my daily abuse for the type of training I do: swimming, running, and rock climbing. Furthermore, this is a great looking watch and has great functions that work very well. I am very pleased with my purchase. Also the shipping was very fast as well.

I work in a hospital and I need a watch that can hold up. I have always wanted to own a G Shock. So I pulled the trigger and got this 6900. Great watch for the price. Tough looking and tougher material. My only complaint is the watch band. The plastic buckle is questionable. If you need a tough no frills watch, this the one for you.

Bought this for my grandson. It's a little big for his wrist, but he will grow into it. The multiple functions should provide him with whatever he needs to do with a portable time piece. The rugged construction should hold up when camping and hiking.

I love Casio but this watch was a disappointment. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET IT, WHAT ITS' FEATURES ARE OR ANYTHING USEFUL. Pretty bad when you have to go on you tube to learn how to use your new(and not inexpensive) product! Buttons too difficult to push. LCD too small. 3 circles which do some fancy but useless stuff.

I have own the same watch for years. my current purchase of casio watch is the watchband. my last (same) watch band was wider and clasp was my out metal, it lasted 11-years. The new watch has a plastic clasp which to me won't last long. I think casio needs to go back to upgrading there watchband on this watch.

Ordered *********-1V but received *********U. The big difference is in the backlight which is a bummer because its being marketed as if the consumer will receive the *********-1V with the original backlight (EL).

This watch is advertised with a tin box, but it was delivered in only a cardboard box. This is a gift, and I ordered from Walmart specifically because of the tin box. I am very disappointed with the false advertising.
