This is the best old school digital watch for your money! 100 meters water resistant. It's very attractive and masculine. My previous one lasted 20 years. This is a Solar Watch. It only requires sun or light to charge. Probably has a crystal quartz to keep perfect time. The watch also adjusts itself back and forth for daylight savings time. This is a bargain price. Back in 2007, the watch costed more than what Walmart is charging here. It's not the best watch. But, it's certainly not the worst. It's in a sweet middle spot. It's the 'Black and Decker' of Watches. Casio makes the best digital watches and also Solar Calculator's, and I have both! You can't go wrong with Casio! Even my old wrist band of the old Casio lasted 20 years. The Solar or Digital components lasted 19 to 20 years. That's a good deal and very reputable. What an impressive looking quality watch!
I like the size of the watch and the band that it has. I like the layout of the watch face because I can see the time quickly. The solar charging and automatic time keeping are nice feathers. I have had good luck with Casio watches over the years.
Best G-Shock I have ever purchased. Very comfortable with a large case diameter.
I've been buying Casio g shocks since the mid 80's and love them so much. this model along with other ones are virtually indestructible. one feature not many people know about is the trimmer adjustment cap in the watch. it allows you to speed up or slow down the watch so you can adjust the watch to gain 1 or two seconds a month . this watch it counterclockwise to speed up and clockwise to slow it down making small adjustments every 12 hours then readjust time with the national time standard of www.time.gov. I turn off the atomic time sync till I have it perfectly adjusted then turn it back on. the atomic solar, 5 alarms snooze, hourly chime and 24 hour count down timer are great. the atomic time syncs every night. it's best to try and manually sync it at night and find out where in your home or outside your home the signal strength is strongest and fix a place to set your watch for 5 minutes during the first minute on the hours of 12 midnight to 5 am till it syncs . it's easy to clean with warm water an old soft tooth brush and antibacterial hand soap. I highly recommended this model and also the GD 350-1b. GShocks are such a great value watch that last for many years . just remember to register your watch on the Casio website they will double your 1 year warranty to two years.
Best Watch Ever
It's everything I was looking for at an amazing price
So far (~6 months) it's been flawless! Absolutely love this watch %26 all the features (4 alarms, timer, stopwatch, dual time zone) especially the automatic time synchronization every night with the national time signal, so it's always *PERFECTLY* on time and the solar charging feature so you never need another battery. Absolutely can't beat this for ~$100. The lunar cycle %26 tides are just a bonus.
This watch is fantastic. It has so many features. I like that it is an atomic watch that will keep accurate time and a calendar function. Plus you never need batteries for it, as the solar cell keeps the watch charged during normal wear. It allows for multiple alarm settings, stopwatch, as well as a count down. If your a fisherman it has a moon phase and tide graph.... How cool is that!!
new old stock. mine was manufactured in 2011
Watch advertised as a new item was a second hand return from a bootleg, gray market seller. Horrible third party return process, no return update, and definitely no refund to my credit card as of yet.
