Casio Men's Stainless Steel Band Wristwatch, Silver & Black

I picked up my watch today and it's gorgeous. If you're buying this watch you probably think it is too. It has the EL backlight which is far superior to the LEDs they're switching to. It's a shame really. In one of my photos you can clearly see the EL even in moderate lighting. In the dark, you can't miss it. I love the EL. Casio will be discontinuing the production of EL watches and making the switch to LEDs. Because this came in such great shape I'll probably keep it in its package and see what happens around Christmas. They say it's a fairly bulky case, but its size is comparable to the w217, which is a favored watch in my collection. I have small wrists and I think the size of the a168 is just fine.

Iconic Casio Vintage watch at a great price. The band isn't the best, but it is a $40 watch, sold at $30, so cannot really complain about it. Only issue I have is that the watch was running, and who knows how long it had been running before it was sold, therefore the 10yr battery life may not be 10 yr. Wish there is a way for the buyer to activate the battery when received.

My husband has been wearing this model since it came out over 20 some odd years due to constant use and damage I've had to replace it. I don't know what I'd do if they discontinued this model. Also the price point has barely changed great value for the money.

Perfect digital watch. Classic style, beautiful blue coloration on the face, and a gorgeous blue backlight that evenly lights up the entire screen. Just a hair bigger than the f91-w, and really an even better alternative. Got it on sale and couldn't pass it up. It's become a favorite.

I had gone to the Store yesterday to get a Watch and did not find what I was looking for. I looked on Line this morning and I found this Casio Watch with the Stainless Steel watch band, it also has a 7 year battery life. Which was simaliar to one I had for many years. Wal-Mart said it could be DELIVERED Today to my House. That Helped Make my day! Thank You.

I love the watch. I have been re-buying this model over the years. This most recent reason for buying the watch was because the previous one was run over and I lost part of the wristband. However, there is one negative thing I will comment about the purchase. I ordered it online at one price and when the watch came in the mail it had a price on it--a price sticker, plain, in the open--which was several dollars less than I paid. Oh well, I still like Walmart!

Beautiful watch and amazing value. I wear it everyday. The backlighting is a very nice bright blue color, better visibility than the f91w model. The text is all well written and visible. Good size on my wrist, not too small and not too big. Sometimes I'll forget I'm wearing it.

This is one of those watches that everyone has ,or should get. Does not matter what other watches you have this one fills a void and at a low price. The Watch is accurate, lightweight and offers an alarm, stopwatch and hourly chime. Day and date display is a bonus as well. So comfortable you hardly know you're wearing it.

The watch was inexpensive and it worked right out of the box. Having only had it a week that's as much as I could say. This purchase was to replace a Casio watch I have had for years and has performed wonderfully so I stuck with the brand. I would still be using it but it has some damage to the watch band for which I could not find a replacement. Speaking of watch bands, I you have a think wrist there might not be enough band length to fit you comfortably. A definite bargain for a well known brand.

It's cheap since it's flimsy and dated. The display is crisp and has good contrast but the upside ends there. It lacks a countdown timer and the strap is flimsy. The worst idea Casio came up with is using a solid rod instead of springbars to attach the strap. A couple of strap changes and those bars will become scary loose. I returned it and got a Timex instead.
