Great product for the $. I purchased this for my 88 yr old mom who is in a nursing home, and has always wanted to play piano, so I really bought it as a toy for an elderly person. But when I received it, I was amazed at how great the sounds were and how I too enjoyed "playing" with it. I would recommend this for just about anyone who wants to learn and try music.
PURCHASED FOR MY GREAT GRANDSON AS A WAY TO GET HANDS-ON TRAINING IN MUSIC THAT WAS INEXPENSIVE, EASY FOR A CHILD TO HANDLE, AND AS I DISCOVERED, SOUNDS GREAT. I ENJOY PLAYING IT MYSELF! LOTS OF BELLS AND WHISTLES SO TO SPEAK. ALTHOUGH IT USES BATTERIES, I PURCHASED A WALL CHARGER FOR IT. ALSO, ONE NICE FEATURE IS THE JACK FOR HEADPHONES SO OTHERS WON'T BE DISTURBED. NICE INSTRUMENT!
This was everything the description said it was. I ordered it for my 4 year old granddaughter and it is perfect for her. It is easy to operate and has many options for songs and sounds. Definitely worth the great price. I enjoyed playing with it as well and I am not musical at all.
I wanted my kids to continue practicing piano while on vacation, and the SA76 worked out great. The treble clef has a full two octaves while the bass clef is just a few keys short of two octaves. Keep in mind these are mini keys. Nevertheless, my 8 and 10-year-old did just fine with the size. Although I couldn't keep it in the box as I had hoped, I managed to fit in into my checked luggage (too long for a carry-on suitcase). As for the sound, I was quite impressed given the price. It does not have touch-sensitive keys. However, when selecting the piano as the instrument, the volume of the notes do fade off like a normal piano when holding the keys down. My kids used the keyboard 2 weeks straight for about an hour a day, and the batteries are still working. As someone else mentioned, it has a nice feature that powers off thr keyboard automatically when not being used. The LCD is a cool feature for younger kids. It shows the individual notes being played on the staff, which I had my son use to compare to his sheet music to ensure he was playing the correct notes. For the price, this is a 5-star product.
This keyboard was for my 6 year old grand-daughter. She really loves play on it. The price was just right for a beginner keyboard. If she continues to enjoy it as she gets older; I will get her a bigger, more expensive one.
Bought this through site to store last year for my son for Christmas, it came on time, in great condition, the store itself doesn't offer this item for sale so this was a great find online. My son loves playing it, he's learned on his own how to play the Halloween theme song and Dust in the wind, it's a great beginner keyboard. Wouldn't recommend for users who are experience as it is a mini version and doesn't include all the keys a normal keyboard would, my son was ten at the time I got it for him, made the perfect gift and price was great too. Batteries are needed but last a long time as I've found with my son who has the habit of leaving it turned on when not in use.
First, delivery on this item was amazing. I received it about 5 days after ordering and 2 weeks prior to expected date. As for the product. It's a nice keyboard for a first time user. I purchased for my 7 year old and she can handle it well. It's probably $10-$15 over priced, but there really isn't another keyboard out there at a lower value. Functionality is fine. And nothing was broken. I do wish it had 2 things... 1. an auto shutoff. The batteries drain fast if left on. (and what 7yr old always remembers to turn off things). 2. No AC/DC adapter?? Not sure if this is my unit, but nothing came with it?? Odd..
I bought this product for my 20 month old baby. She likes music and always dance with the demo music. I didn't buy adapter, seems battery can last very long. Glad got a real keyboard instead of a toy panio.
It came in a timely fashion, all the way from India . I was informed that the one I ordered was old so they offered an upgrade. I checked into the upgrade and it was acceptable. However the upgrade price at other vendors was about $100, less than the original one. I was charged the price of the one I ordered but was persuaded to upgrade. I would like the difference in price refunded to my card yet no one has made that offer. Will be more careful when ordering from global sellers for sure.
I would recommend this item for a child. Although a somewhat good quality item(not a toy), the keys were small. I guess I didn't realize that "mini" was the key size and not just a smaller keyboard. I have returned it and re-ordered a larger one. Nice item though.
