Casper Sleep Essential Adjustable Hybrid Pillow, Standard

I have neck %26 back issues. I couldn't find a pillow that would give me the support I needed, until I bought this one! It's extremely adjustable, soft, %26 supportive! I bought (2) more so my husband could have one to try %26 he loves his too! I would highly recommend these pillows!

Okay, I'm excited because it's extremely difficult to find a truly comfortable pillow...this is it, this is the one. Not too soft, not too firm, just the right height and support. I couldn't be happier.

adjustable pillows never heard of it before but I'm gonna try these out. I like a soft pillow. I sleep better with soft so we'll see how these work.

Perfect pillow. I had the same pillow for like 20 years because I couldn't find one that felt as good. This one did.

This pillow was nice and fluffy when it arrived, but it went flat awfully fast. However, it does have some nice features. Each of the long sides of the pillow has a zipper on the case, so you can compress it or allow the pillow to expand. If you leave the zipper unzipped, the pillow will be more spread out, and a little softer, but thinner. If you zip it up, the pillow will be a little more compact and thicker. I leave one side zipped and one side unzipped, and just rotate the pillow, depending on what I want. As for it going flat, I'm going to dry putting it the dryer on the fluff cycle (no heat), and see if that will help.

The smell coming from this pillow is absolutely appalling. I can't get past the smell to use the pillow. The smell is so horrendous it smelt up my entire home and h spouse asked “what's that awful smell?” when they came home. I currently have it in my outdoor laundry room. I am hoping after a few days the smell will go away so I can attempt to use it but I highly doubt it will. I've never smelt such a strong smell like this before.

Never received ! I placed a pick up order for three days later. Right before my daughter went to pick up her order. They let us know that the pillow was not available. I could've had it shipped to her faster.

I was really excited for this but after a month it's incredibly flat. Absolutely not worth the money. It's just not the quality advertised. I suggest trying a different one.

Stay away from this pillow unless you don't mind having a zipper scratching your neck every time use it. The firmness is adjusted by using a zipper on both sides of the pillow.

Horrible pillow. i had to switch back to the one i was replacing in the middle of the night. I just couldn't hack it.
