I've been putting off buying an expensive pillow for years, but I've been having more and more neck pain recently. I finally gave in and spent money on this pillow when it went on sale. At first, when I took it out of the box, I was concerned because it was really tall and felt too firm. I thought it would get my neck at a weird angle and end up with the same issue. But after actually using it, I was completely wrong. This pillow is great. It's actually really soft, without losing support. It doesn't completely flatten under my heavy head - it keeps it's support and shape, but is still soft. I just got it, so I'm not sure if it lasts. But for now, I think it's great.

It has the perfect amount of softness and support without ever going flat! I got one for myself about a year ago and it's still as fluffy and supportive as the day I got it. I love it so much that I just got one for my husband and he likes it too. It works well for sleeping on my back or side..This is by far the best pillow I've ever had!

Great pillows hold, conform, and support well while sleeping and pop right back up to fullness the next day. 😴🛏️ FYI, their mattresses aren't too shabby either. 👍🛏️

The pillow seemed to firm but once I played on it, it was very cozy. I slept all night long which hasn't happened in a very long time. Plus, it has helped with my sinuses, to elevated a bit up.

Was looking for a new bedroom pillow as one I've been using isn't that comfortable to rest my head on. So i was looking around, figured I'd give it a try, and it's been a great investment

It was soft and cool, the thing i didn't like was it was big and full , my head was high up when you sleep. so i sleep on the pillows corner. if it was a little flatter it would be perfect for me.

This pillow is overstuffed with fluff. It lacks any firmness whatsoever, is covered in a slippery material that wouldn't be so bad were it a solid pillow. It bends the head and neck at an unnatural angle and I am sorry I wasted my time.

I was expecting a very firm pillow, I do not want one that comes in a box I want a firm pillow that does not go down when I lay my head on it. I am a side sleeper. This is not the pillow for me. So disappointed, and for what I paid for it it's ridiculous.!

I purchased this pillow based upon the reviews. Unfortunately, the pillow was not soft at all. It was a very thick rigid pillow, and it was very uncomfortable to lay my head on. It was so thick, the curve of my neck was just unnatural and no matter which way I fluffed it or moved it. I'm also not sure how this could be a removable cover, I didn't see a way to remove it because I actually considered removing stuffing.
