I really enjoy using this. I can use it for regular cooking or I can use it for frying . It is the perfect size and I can move it from countertop to table top to make the food and serve the food .It is easy to clean. I would recommend this product to everyone.

not cast iron/ no temperature- just %23 control
this product is not case iron as it is advertises. and the heat control only uses numbers 1-5. there is no temperarure indicated

No instructions and not immersive like most electric skillets. Washed it in warm soapy water and without any instructions I got it wet in the back side. Thankfully I looked up the product online to see it is not immersible before I plugged it in!!!! It's now trash before even using it!

I can't review the quality of the item because I received the square version ( smaller and cheaper) instead the rectandmgular pan (bigger and more expensive).

Used it once went to use it next day wouldn't heat up at all. l do not recommend this product at all.

The handle was broke off just out of the box, can't use it with no handle. It is cheap low grade plastic.
