Perfect for Stir-Fry
We enjoy using cast iron cookware for baking and frying, and the size of this wok (14" W x 4" H) is perfect for stir-fry dishes. However, I noticed that the cast iron has a slightly rough, bumpy surface. While I understand this can be common for modern cast iron, the texture is not as smooth as it appeared in the advertisement.

Love it!!! fist thing I cook on a electric stove and a wok ring is a must! this wok holds heat very very well. with it's flat bottom you can scorch food quickly. this is how well it holds heat I had a ring from a stamped wok. my opinion a must have. you can control it's heat so much better. if this wok came with a lid and ring it would be perfect. Richard

Really Easy and Authentic feeling nicely preseasoned. You will need to purchase Handel grips and a lid if that's your choice I find it exhilarating
