CASTLECREEK 47" Fire Pit with BBQ Grate Wilderness

This is our 2nd one and we love it. Our 1st one was smashed by a tree. Cooking with it is wonderful.

This fire pit is just perfect, it's large enough to fill up and just sit back and relax.

Good product at clearance price. Could be better fitted for easy assembly.

The box was damaged like it was rolled instead of being carried, the pit itself was damaged on the screen has a section cut, assembly was interesting since most holes didn't line up. I didn't return it since it would have been a hassle.

It's an ok product. I really like the design of it. Very difficult to put together though. I got one of the castle creek beds, pretty easy to put together, and very sturdy. This thing is the complete opposite. Started a couple of hours ago and I just now finished putting it together. Didn't get a couple of the screws to go in, but it seems ok. Haven't decided if I'm going to return it, or not. I want to at least test it out. But It's not worth the price.

Received and assembled the fire pit just prior to a week of rain. Have not even burned any wood in it and it is covered in rust. I now have to sand and clean it to paint it with high temperature stove paint before I can even use it. Like the design but not the quality.

the quality of the material is terrible. some of The pre drilled holes for the screws were off and I was forced to get a drill to make them larger. the end of one of the inside boxes was torn and the parts were spilling out, I didn't realize one of the leg plates was damaged until I had it almost completed but I was able to straighten it enough. would not recommend buying this fire pit.

In 35 years of building, assembling, designing, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining equipment, furniture, yard equipment, toys, models, RC vehicles, vehicles, houses, appliances, and aircraft, this MF right here can't be for real. Wow. HUGE disappointment. This pile of junk arrives with manufacturing defects that require metal modification, and warped and flimsy sheet metal. The assembly is difficult and awkward with little design consideration for assembly simplification. Mid-assembly, I noticed the entire pit had been compressed and the metal bottom and sides were wrinkled, which will lead to premature rusting and failure. I give this thing 3 yrs max. The cook surfaces are pathetic and gimmicky. At this price point, buy the paver stones that last 8 - 10 years. I hope a meteor lands on this thing. That is the only joy that could possibly come from this product.

Had to get my money back…never received item I paid for. Because sportsman guide uses FedEx delivery service and they suck. Do not order from them
