setting up my appointment was easy and the service was excellent! Synthetic oil quality is very good; my truck runs quieter and idles quicker than before. The cost of service and oil is very reasonable.

Castrol synthetic oil is a very good oil. It lubricates the valves and rings over the 3K miles of the life of the oil. Keeps the engine running smooth and without any knocking of the lifters.

Performs well to original compression considering my truck has over 100,000 miles. Get's up and go on a pinch. No knocks and protects my engine from wear and tear.

I have my oil changes done at Walmart and have always been pleased with my cars performance after service.

Looking for facility to perform oil change, did not want to use my mechanic shop as process takes longer %26 also bad reviews on local take 5 oil change. Wallmart Auto facility worked out perfect!

When having my oil changed in other times the personal was very ready too help this time I was there at the time they open and no one came to help until 30 minutes later and my car is vacuum too and they didnt do it very disappointed

My car has been burning oil and smoking every since. Will never let them do my oil change again. I think it was because they rushed my oil change. I don't think they put the oil filter on tight cause it's leaking and the online order, ordered my appointment at 5:30 and they close at 5 o'clock so I really don't think they wanted to do it they did it because they had to and I think they rushed the job Never again !!!!!!

Got oil change they say on their paperwork they checked your fluids and other things and said they're full. None of my other fluids were full or checked tire pressure was not checked water washer fluid was not checked if you say you're giving those for your full oil change service and it is not done and then that's just not good business find better employees

I had an 8:30 am appointment, they didn't even start my oil change until 10, than it took them an hour to do my oil change. The lower price is not worth the frustration and hassle, ps nobody was infront of me either, the cashier said that one of the employees called off because he didn't feel like working. I'll pay the extra money for better service next time.

I paid $60 for a premium synthetic oil change and they used a $1 oil filter. They also overfilled my car with oil.
